Scott discovered his passion for tree care while studying Arboriculture at UMass Amherst and training under master industry craftsmen. As a highly credentialed expert—including serving as Past President of the Massachusetts Arborists Association—he has dedicated his career to the art of professional pruning and land care.

​Jen launched her career in the green industry as a college student, blending her passion for entrepreneurship, live event production, and association management. Today, as co-owner, she focuses on fostering a positive workplace culture and creating meaningful, high-impact experiences for clients.

As Director of Client Care, Cathy brings decades of industry experience to her role as the premier "voice" of the company. True to her childhood nickname, "Chatty Cathy," her absolute favorite part of the job is connecting and interacting with clients.
