Diane Zinck

Diane Zinck joined the team in January 2024, bringing with her a warm, upbeat personality and a genuine love for connecting with people. Originally from Natick, Massachusetts, Diane is often the friendly voice on the other end of the phone—making sure clients feel heard, supported, and confident every step of the way.

A self-described early bird (with a former night owl streak), Diane starts her days with classic 70s and 80s new wave playing in the office and a good dose of caffeine. Outside of work, she enjoys walking her black Labrador Retriever, Eleanor Rigby, and spending time on Sea Street Beach in Dennisport—especially in late spring, her favorite time of year, when the air warms up and summer on Cape Cod is just around the corner.

Diane brings positivity, humor, and a "people-first" mindset to the team. She takes pride in building relationships with clients and believes great tree care is truly a team effort—from the field crews to the office staff—working together with trust, communication, and care.

She finds motivation in the simple things (like a well-timed snack break) and is always looking to grow, currently taking on the challenge of improving her cycling skills on the road this season.

If Diane were a tree, she'd be a graceful weeping willow lining the pond in the Boston Public Garden—strong, beautiful, and rooted in a peaceful setting. Her appreciation for nature also extends beyond New England, with unforgettable memories of the vibrant and fragrant orange groves in Italy.

Above all, Diane hopes every client interaction leaves people feeling comfortable, confident, and genuinely cared for. She believes trees give us countless reasons to be grateful—and she's proud to be part of a team that works hard every day to return the favor.
