Shinrin-Yoku

Led by Japan, Shinrin-Yoku (aka forest bathing), has long been a regular part of the Eastern wellness regimen.  Finally, it is gaining momentum here with the recognition that regular practice is one of the most effective methods of maintaining and improving our health.
