Josh Linton

Josh has spent nearly 30 years in the green industry, and there's not doubt that his enthusiasm for trees hasn’t faded a bit. 

A graduate of Paul Smith’s College and a Massachusetts Certified Arborist for more than 20 years, he got his start at Bristol Tree Service. Today, Josh loves meeting new clients and finding thoughtful, practical ways to care for their trees and landscapes. 

His favorite projects involve ornamental pruning, where science and creativity come together and every careful cut helps shape something beautiful. He’s especially proud of his pruning skills, but he also has one straightforward piece of advice for anyone planting a tree: Get the depth right! 

Josh lives in Sturbridge with his wife and three boys, enjoys nature in all its splendor, and believes that when you truly love what you do, work doesn’t really feel like work.
