Justin Monta

Justin is a veteran to the tree business, with 20+ years of climbing under his, uh "saddle". He spent his first 14 years growing up in Vermont - coincidentally in the same town in which his wife grew up - yet they NEVER met until they were in their 20s! Now they are happily married raising their daughter, Sydney, who gave him his nickname "Justy".

Looking back, Justin was probably destined to work in nature. He never considered what he wanted to be when he grew up because he was too busy playing in the woods. If you ask him about the benefits of working outside, he'll tell you "clean air, clean mind" - and that the best days are when he can work outside with plants because it's good for the body and soul.​

Justin is a believer in enjoying the journey. He's most happy when working outside, spending time with his family, and maybe taking that dream trip to Alaska!
